Mobile banking enables you to connect to your Avadian account information from your mobile phone, tablet or other hand-held device. You will be able to easily access your balance information, transfer funds, pay bills (with online bill pay; excludes Business Bill Pay), or even find a branch or ATM.
Mobile banking gives you the freedom to conduct most of your financial business from the comforts of your mobile device! You can manage your accounts; view, pay and cancel bills with online bill payment; check your account balances; make transfers between Avadian accounts; locate our ATMs and branches; view the latest rates; see spending patterns; and send / receive messages to and from out Member Service department. If you're always on the go or just love convenience, then mobile banking is for you!
You must have a mobile device with internet access and you must be an online banking user. You will need to know your online banking username and password to access your account via mobile banking. Click here to learn more about online banking. Note: If you’re not an online banking user, you will need to sign up for online banking from a personal computer or laptop.
There is no enrollment process for mobile banking. However, you must be an online banking user. Once you’re an online banking user, simply go to our website (avadiancu.com) from your mobile device and log in to online banking.
You will have two mobile banking options available to you. You can download our free app to your phone or use our mobile website.
Download our app to your mobile phone (applies to iPhone® and Android users):
Visit the appropriate app store for your device and search Avadian Credit Union. Download it for free.
You can also open your mobile phone’s browser and go to www.avadiancu.com . Click on the link at the bottom of the login page and follow the on-screen instructions. If you don't see a link to download the application, your device isn't currently supported by the application.
Using a web browser on your mobile phone (this applies to users who do not have an iPhone or Android):
Open your mobile phone’s browser and go to www.avadiancu.com.
Sign on with the same username and password you use to sign in to your Avadian online banking account.

We do not have a service charge or fee for mobile banking and our app is also free. However, you could be charged access rates depending on your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on specific fees and charges.
You can view all Avadian accounts through mobile banking that you view through online banking. You can view up to 90 days of transaction history. You can also view important contact information, such as telephone numbers and branch/ATM locations, as well as our current rates.
Yes. You can conduct transfers the same way you conduct them in online banking. With mobile banking, you can also transfer to other Avadian member accounts. You will need the other member's account number and last name. Click here to learn more about transfers.
It depends on how far you were able to get in your transaction. The best way to find out if you need to repeat the transaction is to view your history as soon as your wireless service returns. If you see the transaction, then it went through successfully. If not, you will need to process it again.
To set up text messages, visit https://mobi.avadiancu.com. Log in to your account. Click on “Text Mobile Banking”. You will be taken to a profile page, where you can enter up to three mobile numbers. (You will first have to agree to the “Terms and Conditions” before you are able to enter your numbers.) Once your number(s) is entered, you will be given a verification code. Enter this code to then gain access and receive your welcome message.
To get started, respond to the welcome message with one of the following commands:
B to fetch all account balances
H to fetch the five most recent transactions for all accounts
H acct to fetch the five most recent transactions for a specific account (e.g. H S01)
X source dest amount to transfer dollar amount from source account to destination account (e.g. X S01 S05 10.00)
NICK to fetch list of share and loans with nicknames and corresponding numbers
MENU to fetch the list of available command options
STOP to deactivate text mobile banking
The commands are not case sensitive. For example, you can use 'b' as well as 'B' to fetch balances. Note standard text message and data rates from your phone carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on account settings.
Change your online banking password immediately. Report the loss to your carrier, and ask them to disable the old phone. As always, whenever there is a possibility of unauthorized access to your account you should watch your account closely to ensure no unauthorized transactions appear.
