What You'll Need
To complete this application you’ll need:
- Your business type
- Social Security Number or TIN for yourself and any beneficial owners
- Business tax ID
- Two forms of ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, State ID for U.S. citizens)
- Organizing documents, such as articles of organization, depending upon your business type
- Operating/partnership agreement, if applicable
- Corporate Resolutions, if applicable
- State certificates, such as Certificate of Tax-Exemption or Certificate of Limited Partnership
- Business license
- If you choose to fund your account(s) using a debit or credit card, the maximum amount is $105.00.
- If applying for more than one account, you can distribute that $105 maximum amount across the accounts.
- If opening an account that requires an opening deposit of more than $105.00, you will be required to mail a check or transfer funds.
