What You'll Need

To complete this application you’ll need:

  • Eligibility
  • Your business type
  • Social Security Number or TIN for yourself and any beneficial owners
  • Business tax ID
  • Two forms of ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, State ID for U.S. citizens)
  • Organizing documents, such as articles of organization, depending upon your business type
  • Operating/partnership agreement, if applicable
  • Corporate Resolutions, if applicable
  • State certificates, such as Certificate of Tax-Exemption or Certificate of Limited Partnership
  • Business license
  • Funding
    • If you choose to fund your account(s) using a debit or credit card, the maximum amount is $105.00.
    • If applying for more than one account, you can distribute that $105 maximum amount across the accounts.
    • If opening an account that requires an opening deposit of more than $105.00, you will be required to mail a check or transfer funds.
