Telephone Banking

Customized access. Total convenience.

As long as you have access to a phone, you have easy access to your finances, tailored for you depending on the types of accounts you have. It’s kind of like having a personal teller, available every time you call. Which is amazing.

You use your account number and confidential access code to enter the system.

From there, you can do a number of things:

  • Transfer loan payments
  • Check account balances
  • Request withdrawals
  • Schedule automatic and recurring transfers between accounts
  • Find out what checks and debits have cleared
  • Stop payments
  • And more

It’s easy to navigate the system. Once you log in, it will guide you through your call, prompting you with codes and menu items. Or, if you are familiar with our codes, you can interrupt the prompts and tell the system what you want to do.
