Telephone Banking

Popular Transactions

Avadian's free telephone banking system is designed to work within the context of your unique relationship with Avadian. Because account details vary so much from person to person and our telephone banking service has so many functions, it isn't possible to create a comprehensive how-to that fits every situation. But here are some of the most frequently used telephone banking transactions and the quickest way to navigate through them.

Note that these examples are based on touch-tone/keypad commands. If you choose to use voice commands, the system will tell you what to say to access the information you need. And when you hear the menu choice you need, you can go ahead and press the appropriate key or say the appropriate word — you don't have to wait for the system to stop talking.

To get started with your call, dial 205.985.0550 or 1.800.874.1394, enter your member number (your account number), and enter your access code when prompted. When you're done using the system, just hang up to end the call.
